Give the Gift of Music!

Donate an instrument

If you have a musical instrument, any musical instrument, that you no longer want, donate it to us! We’ll get it into the hands of a young musician, and you’ll get a charitable deduction!  Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact us and describe the instrument you wish to donate including the make, age, condition.

  2. We’ll give you simple instructions on how and where to send it.

  3. We arrange for the instrument to be inspected, cleaned, repaired, and tuned.

  4. The instrument is cataloged into our inventory for distribution to a musician.

  5. A receipt for your charitable donation.

Privacy Policy

We know that many potential donors have ongoing concerns about their addresses or other personal information being sold to or shared with third parties. Please be assured that If Not for Music does not and will not share any donor’s information with other organizations or individuals.
