Jae Winter

President & Executive Director

  • Jae is a passionate advocate for music and a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in banking and lending. Drawing from a deep understanding of financial systems, Jae has embarked on a mission to break down barriers and bring the transformative power of music to all. As the founder of "If Not for Music," Jae is dedicated to expanding access to diverse musical experiences for individuals facing economic challenges. Through innovative programs, collaborations, and community initiatives, Jae envisions a harmonious world where everyone can embrace the beauty, rhythm, and healing potential of music, regardless of their financial circumstances.

Roger Mustalish

Chair of Board of Directors

  • Roger is Professor Emeritus at West Chester University and Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University. He has over 30 years of experience with programming and fundraising in the nonprofit arena as Past President and current Vice President of the ACEER Foundation. His current musical interests include playing classical guitar, bluegrass, and the piano. Roger notes, “Music lets me be a time traveler. Transporting me back to a time and place expressed by the composer and reflecting their world.”

Lynn Korsan

Secretary

  • Lynn has a degree in Biology from Rollins College. She is the proud mother of three and the grandmother of two. Her family likes to call her a “professional volunteer.” Lynn has been on various Boards, including a pre-school and a senior living facility. She has volunteered with several community theater groups, her children’s music departments, food banks, church communities, and Big Brother/Big Sister. Lynn strongly believes that music education is vital to the development of a well-rounded child. It not only stimulates their brain, but also teaches discipline, time management, and how to work well with others, while instilling  a love of the Arts.

Bud Jackson

Treasurer

  • Albert ”Bud” Jackson is a Commercial Banker. He has been in the financial services industry for over 35 years. He was on the board of the West Chester Area Senior Center for the last 6 years. He served on the board, executive committee and finance committee. His children were very involved with music. Band at Downingtown West High School was a major part of his daughter’s dealing with daily high school stress. Two of his wife’s family were professional musicians recording several albums.

Dave Mattock

Board Member

  • Dave Mattock is a professional piano, organ and keyboard player in Chadds Ford, PA. He divides his time between running the Mattock School of Music, performing, and teaching.

    Dave is a member of the faculty at Camden County College and University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches piano, theory, music history, music business, jazz ensembles and introductory music classes.

    His recording career consists of four full length jazz albums under his own name, dozens of recordings as a sideman, and composition credits for TV.

    Dave can also be found freelancing around Philadelphia as a solo pianist, and in various jazz ensembles, bands, and studio recordings.

    Dave received his Bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance from Temple University, and his Masters in Jazz History and Research at Rutgers University.

    Dave has been a board member of the Kennett Flash since 2017, and the President of the board since 2020.

    In 2022, Dave was a cofounder of the annual Kennett Jazz Festival, and continues to serve on the board.

Randy Stone

Board Member

  • Randy Stone served as the Executive Vice President of Lab Solutions at Avantor (AVTR, NYSE). In this role, Mr. Stone provided leadership for nearly 5,000 global employees, delivering revenue of approximately $4.7 billion in 2023.

    Prior to joining Avantor, Randy Stone was the DuPont President of Mobility & Materials, (M&M), a $5B global business with leadership positions in transportation, electronics, industrial & consumer markets.

Graphic Designer

  • Terri is a Graphic Designer and Photographer working and living in south central Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of experience, specializing in: Design for Digital Platforms, Photography and Video Production, 2D Animation, Editorial and Layout and Identity and Branding.

Ashley Lezniewicz

Bookkeeper

  • Ashley grew up enjoying the beaches and sunshine of the Treasure Coast. She earned her Master’s in Accounting with a concentration in Tax at Stetson University. A licensed CPA, she has extensive bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries and enjoys helping clients bring order to their financial management systems.

    Outside the office, Ashley can be found running or reading. She also enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and four children.

  • Emma is a student at West Chester University studying Media and Culture. Her duties at INFM include contributing to If Not for Music’s social media and website, writing press releases and conducting interviews with musical pioneers.

    “While I am not involved in music currently, I was heavily involved in music in middle and high school, playing violin for 8 years, doing color guard for 7 years, and doing chorus for 2 years. Music to me means a way of showing one’s story rather than just telling it. And to me, music is important because it’s proof that teamwork can create a masterpiece.”
